Scrumptious breakfast, with homemade soy milk and bread. Fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits from own farm. We had 3 breakfast in all 3 days, all of different variety. Dinner is on request basis. We had one and it was just fabulous, many dishes followed by dessert and coffee/tea. Went cycling and walking around the neighbourhood, we enjoyed the fresh and quiet countryside. It was a pity that we didn't get to dirty our hands a bit at nearby farm. Only chanced upon one site farmers who could let us help but unfortunately we had to catch a train that morning.

The host was incredibly kind. He helped me plan the transport for our entire trip down the east coast. He also introduced us to the must-eats at the Luodong night market. He and his wife prepared a lovely, authentic Taiwanese breakfast for our family and kept us company with lively, enthusiastic conversation. As for the room, it was spacious and cozy at the same time. I loved the big bathtub with the option of a shower and the view out on the rice paddies made us feel like we had really arrived in Yilan. I can’t think of anything.

Breakfast was amazing. Home cooked food that warms us up and gets us ready for the day. Hosts were really knowledgeable about the area and super kind to us and the kids. Highly recommend!

An unforgettable experience in a beautiful setting. We loved the delicious food, being able to borrow bicycles to explore the scenic area, the comfort of our room with its large bright bathroom. Most of all, we loved our hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we were welcomed and that our stay was perfect. Having traveled around Taiwan for a month, this has absolutely been our favourite experience. We cannot recommend Sunday Home enough, it is a truly magical place and we hope to return again next time we visit Taiwan!

Pretty little house with cosy decor and furnishings. The landscape complements it as if it sits in a fairytale countryside. The owners were amazing, serving us warm and delicious breakfasts every morning.

Highly recommend, what an excellent place to stay. Very helpful and super nice hosts (they gave us many tips, I forgot something in the room, they sent it to me by post, recommended on places to eat) Excellent breakfast very nice rooms.

Freshly bake bread and cheese cake by Eric ? Delicious breakfast and dinner prepared by his wife ? They helped us to carry luggages to our room at 2nd floor Very comfy and homely place to stay.

Super friendly owners, excellent home cooked breakfasts and meals. Quiet location to relax and getaway from the crowd. If you need a little city feel, order a taxi to go out is easy also. None. Bring insect repellant if you are prone to mosquitoe bite.
