Good breakfast, clean facilities. 15 minuts walk to Yazhou bay and supermarket as well. The area is nice and quiet.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Very good quality breakfast. No restaurants or any place to go nearby so no food options except in hotel. Walk to beach although you could go straight from the bottom of the resort but it's blocked off.

The hotel and facilities were amazing. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable: chocolate cake for our girls on arrival, daily kids' activities, pool bubble party, and special meal consideration for two picky girls from all onsite restaurants. For the parents, the resort offered delicious meals, a beautiful pool, a king suite with an ocean view, and personalized service from several staff members. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back with my family.

The rooms are huge, beautiful and super clean. The swimming pool is nice. Our children really liked the kids's club. The buffet dinner was so so. Quality was ok but if you did not get there among the first guests there was not a lot of choice left.

1.Manager Richard, fought and gave his heart to make the best. 2. Breakfast good and large assortment. 3. Swimming pool and cleanliness in the hotel and the room I received. 4. Interesting food in a Cantonese restaurant. First of all, Booking.com does not verify the current situation and there is no mention of: 1. The hotel does not have a beach and access to the beach, no lay or umbrellas 2. On about one huge building, new buildings, expressway on the road to the beach, views of cranes and scaffolding, etc. 3. Too little service, endless waiting and misunderstandings in order communication. 4. Unpleasant smell from the plumbing system.

nothing None of the facilities were open. there was no where to get food or drinks on the resort. you can't even call it a resort, it's a hotel with a nice pool. location is nearly 2 hours from the city and there is no where local to eat. the only reason I paid for the room was because the manager Richard understood my complaints and put on a new year Eve party for me and my friends.

The rooms were lovely and spacious, the pool is really nice and we enjoyed our stay. The duty manager Richard was very helpful in solving some issues we had Due to COVID and shortage of staff, many facilities (including two of the restaurants and one of the bars) were closed and this wasn’t communicated to us. The resort is away from the city centre (which was our desire) but with only one restaurant to choose from, we missed the choice a city would have given us! When the world returns to normal, and the tourism industry recovers, I’m sure this would be a lovely place to stay for a week of relaxing!

A beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and a great pool. The food service was very poor - as well as it being a convoluted process to order poolside food, the food took between 1-2 hours to arrive and was often cold. Visibly understaffed for the NYE period. The beach is also not currently accessible from the hotel, which was not made clear. Not what is expected from a Hilton - there's not really anything in the nearby area so if it is a resort it needs to be top notch to keep you there!
