Amazing English and Russian speaking stuff, very impressive Doing everything to help you out, can change or upgrade your room if you ask Rooms are nice and clean Beach is in 20 min walk, though taxi is coming super fast Stuff doesn't make notices to Chinese men who are smoking inside the hotel, elevator and corridors. This is not acceptable if smoking is forbidden, it shall be forbidden.

hotel is verry nice. we booked sea view and i really enjoyed my time at the balcony. room was big and with very nice design.all equipment was good and every day cleaning service updated all staff for room. cleaning service was very good and everyday. I want to say that I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel

Very good, large assortment breakfast, nice large, well-lit rooms. A nice but long walk to a local resort which attended a convention. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful, even though English was not spoken, need to use Google translation. A nice relaxing restaurant nearby or you can venture across the street to the local market for dinner and drinks. No English programs available on the TV.

Location only. Near to Yi Heng night market. Our conclusion of our 1 night stay; 1. Insufficient staff. 2. Staff are not proactive. 3. Breakfast staff seemed to be unhappy, and the presentation of food was not advertising. 4. Air conditioning is very poor and room smells of cigarettes. 5. Surrounding the hotel, lighting was poor with insufficient security. 6. Sound proofing for room was poor. 7. Bed for room 921 was creaky.

1. Lovely view from balcony. 2. Beach is about 10 minutes walk from hotel 3. Dadanian (restaurant manager) is extremely pleasant and tried to make us comfortable despite the boring menu. I would hire him 4. Dinner could be done to order in the restaurant 5.Comfortable rooms and beds 6.Friendly staff. Front desk manager speaks English very well and was very welcoming. 7. 24hr Gym and laundry room. 8. convenience store on the property. 1. Breakfast buffet is extremely limited and is the same every day (for 7 days!) 2. Small pool with no slides as advertised. 3. Gelato (ice-cream is 18rmb per extremely tiny scoop) 4. Location is minimum 20 minutes from western restaurants and other activities like (jet skiing, yachting, etc)

Night market and located on the airport side of downtown, 15 minute walk from the beach. Check in as link between the hotel and booking.com seemed confusing and my booking wasn’t found initially. Located far from party goers bay.
