Comfortable and clean room. The hotel is very well located! Most of the staff (reception) act indifferently towards the presence of a guest. The person who checked me in was very friendly, the others barely look at you. The kitchen staff are very friendly, as is the cleaning staff.

The breakfast was okay, but the eggs were overcooked on all occasions, the sweets were okay, bread and jam selection was good. But they were low on staff which probably made the cleanness of the breakfast area and the reposition speed. One downside is that no paper cups were available for the coffee, this could be improved. the bed is very stiff, more than usual, so this may matter to you.

Location The buffet is not diverse, and there are very few food options that do not match the value I paid, which is around $150 per day. The reception and room service staff are very friendly, but they do not speak English.

The stay was great, the hotel is very well located and the staff was super friendly. Great view of the city. Room was clean and comfortable. Would 10/10 stay again.

Location was great and the breakfast was very good with a variety of fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, breads and cakes. Delicious! Everything was great and in general was a good experience. The only little thing that could be improved is to add different types of milk, like almond, soy, oat. A lot of people from overseas don’t drink animal’s milk and that would be a differential as none seems to care about it in Brazil.

Size of the room was perfect and location was near to shopping mall which was very convinient. The staff was friendly. That I needed to leave my room for 15 mins while they were cleaning my room. I did have a bedroom and separate living room with kitchen. Even when I wanted to work on my computer they were not willing to clean my room while I was there. Never have seen this before.

The Wifi was so weak that the TV didn't work, and after one night I had to change rooms which was a major hassle. Even then, the signal in the new room was so weak that the HBO/Max subscription streaming channel still did not work on the TV.
