Rooms, Facilities, Free Water, Breakfast, Location. I booked for a price and when I got to the hotel a different rate was charged, I ended up paying around 300USD extra.

The location. Right in front of the mall Super Small room. Staff provided wrong information about breakfast hours. No soap, Shampoo or hairdryer were provided. The shampoo dispenser was empty, called the reception and no one show up to refill it.

I used the filter for 1 room 2 guests but was told I only paired for a room with 1 guest and needed to pay for the extra guest. This is really disappointing. The hotel claimed the issue was on the side of booking.com

Location was terrific, right across the street from the mall and at city center Lighting in the room was poor. They only had a single blanket or comforter for a double bed. We asked for one more, they said we could come down and get one. Front desk was NOT attentive upon our arrival

The breakfast is very good. The cleanliness is very good. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't have room service or restaurant in the hotel when stayed there.
