I like that rooms were clean Spacious and both room had balcony. There was kitchen. It was quiet and I safe. Grocery store was close by. Staff especially front desk people were very helpful. Kitchen didn’t have any cooking dish so how can I cook. Gym was closed because of construction.

I asked help with the receptionist for UBER booking but she refused to book the UBER. This I don't like. In rest of the country's hotel receptionist are helping us with full co-operation.

The location is amazing. Very convenient. The room was smelly, like mold. The safe didn't work.

Overall, a good setup and open till 10:30AM. For people visiting from other countries, the choices could have been more.

I needed to stay in Sao Caetano so the location was excellent for me. The amenities fantastic and for the price, the hotel was exactly what me and my family needed. Some little nucks and cranies needed maintenance but didn't intervene with my experience at the hotel.

Central location and close to several important companies in Sao Caetano Old fashioned, seen better moments. Rooms need renovation and deep cleaning.

Two thumbs up to staff. Every single person (front desk, housekeepers, bartender, restaurant staff), were super friendly & helpful. Bathrooms need to be taken care of. Better cleaning needed @ shower or rekaulking. Restaurant attendants need to be more attentive.
