The staff was very polite and helpful. Room was very clean. Decent breakfast. The area is unfortunately rather neglected

The property is classic, has all the basics. Good AC, and wi-fi. The douchette beside the toilet wasn’t working properly. Not the hotel’s fault but this area is quite dangerous at night. There are lots of beggars, prostitutes, and drug users around. I don’t recommend that women walk around alone after dark. Since there’s so much night activity, the street noise is quite loud. Light sleepers may want to consider other options.

Very beautiful rooms, good breakfast, very nice receptionists. The price is very good for what they offer. The location was, probably, the worst in Sao Paulo. I travelled alone in many places but here was the first time I was afraid. Sometimes, one of the gentlemen at the reception came with me outside to buy somethig, so dangerous in was. A very nice hotel, too bad for the location...
