When I arrived, the fridge in the room was extremely noisy and I had to ask to change rooms. At first I was told the hotel was full, but they later moved me to a lower floor. The shower had really VERY low water pressure — even after a technician checked it, there was little improvement. The room was quite noisy as well, and you could hear doors and other rooms, so the sound insulation isn’t great. During busy hours, the elevator wait can be long. The gym is very basic and poorly equipped. The restaurant for dinner doesn’t offer many options.

It was very clean Very impersonal and sterile. I only met one person the entire stay and that was because she went out to meet the breakfast delivery girl as she came to deliver my meal on a tray outside my room

Spacious, clean, very comfortable. Wifi was good. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Loved the beds. I had a late flight leaving the country (midnight). I asked to pay for a half day and checkout by 9pm, they said no. I asked if I could pay a half day to stay till 5pm (5 hrs after check out). Staff said no. Told me I could stay until 5 pm if I was willing to pay for another night which of course I did not do because it made no sense.

The staff is very kind, the hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast is great. For tourists, the location may not be good, but for business travelers, it is conveniently close to Expo Center Norte and offers a Coco Bambu restaurant just in the corner! Location: if you are in SP for tourism better to chose another location.

Stayed there for 1 night before carrying on to Santos the following day for a cruise, it was really close to the Sambadrome which was great because I was there for Carnaval
