Well.. I liked how spacious the room was. And the fact that it actually had a view. I didn't like the fact we were supposed to have arrived up to 10pm and I didn't know about that rule before the check in..

Located in the historical Jacanã neighborhood with plenty of facilities. In front of a bus station (5-minutes trip to the nearby Metro station). Easy access to Tietê bus station Ample room with a great bathroom. North Hotel Palace practices fair prices compatible with São Paulo hospitality rates. Sturdy bed and pillow, hardly relaxing. A frigo would do good.

Nothing, it was a terrible night The location isn't safe , Reception staff aren't professional , Rooms smelly and aren't clean , doesn't deserve more than one star ,ended with losting some of my clothes there, and when I came back to get them, they just denied it

Bad quality Mattress broken and dirty and walla in the room- staff very rude they don't respect reservations- pillows extremely destroyed bed sheet with holes and hairs on it..I felt cheated
