The first staff I met in hotel, he helped me lift my luggage and he opened the door quickly when I arrived at midnight the sheet and the mirror and the floor are very dirty, the shower and the toilet are all broken… I asked to change a room. but the staff is ‘friendly’ and fooled me, gave me another more dirty room. The corridor is very dark , horror, and the lights didn’t work at all. There’s also no kitchen, living room to relax. It is very noisy in day because it is close to a big street. put pictures below , so you will know! but here only allow 4 pictures, or I will prove you more… just don’t stay here. Last time I went yo another hotel in ipiranga, it is a reconstruction of hospital and church! it is way cleaner then here
