this was my 2nd stay here and it was all good except the wifi which was not working or disrupted at times and there was no help from the reception

The staff was very friendly. Everything was clean. There was a good kitchen for guests use. I would have liked a curtain for the window. Some light was coming through, and it might also help dampen the street noice. The fire alarm producing a bright flashing green light which made it hard to sleep.

Quiet (got a 6 bed dorm to ourselves so that helped) clean and larger lockers for bags felt more safe. Lack of charging points, shelf and small light by bed. Loud outside but ear plugs helped.

Good location close to public transit. Very clean. Great for solo travelers and digital nomads. I also saw families and couples there. The environment is more like a hotel than a hostel- most people seem to be there for business and keep to themselves, however most people will be friendly and talk to you if you want to!

Staff are really friendly and helpful Location is good, right next to Paraiso station AC in the rooms You get a towel at no extra cost The wifi was horrible, very unreliable and intermittent There is no atmosphere/vibe The room I had faced directly onto the main road and was very noisy

The location was excellent, right next to Avenida Paulista and a metro station. They had a rooftop terrace which was great to see the sunset. When I was there it was quite empty so there was not much atmosphere or events going on.

The location is awesome. You find everything closeby. There‘s a filter machine in the kitchen where you can get cool filtered water at any time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

the staff is super friendly, they gave us loads of recommendations. The location of the hotel is good, near the metro and Paulista street. our room was next to a busy main roof and the balcony door did not close properly and (partially?) as a result it sounded like we were sleeping on the road with non stop very loud traffic noise

Great location, 2 minutes from metro stop. Good value for money. Huge, comfortable room and great bathroom. Great staff, some with good English but all very willing to help. Good communal kitchen. Nothing
