No breakfast included on my stay true booking.when we book straight up with the hotel the breakfast is included

Rooms were nice and spacious. Breakfast was really good. Construction going on and it was a little isolated from restaurants and shops.

I liked the facilities overall; however, the entrance hall was under renovation during my stay. The hotel is located right next to Anhembi, which is very convenient, but I still had to walk quite a long distance to reach Hall 5.

Proximity to event. Nice staff but sometimes hard to communicate. Property said they didn’t get my message about late arrival ( next day ) it baffles me they send messages to me but don’t get messages from me.

Breakfast was terrible. Few options, bread was stale, coffee was lukewarm. The worst thing: the Romero Brito “art” everywhere.

People in reception is very professional Hotel is a little far from the city, but it was close to the event

Good A/C remote did not work, mini fridge did not work barely make drinks cold enough

Great location, clean, nice staffs We had problems with our AC, change the room but our AC wasn’t working appropriately our room temperature was between 25/28 degrees

Perfect location, complete hotel with all you need. Breakfast experience was a bit messy with many lines for the buffet.
