The property is well located and in the middle of São Paulo. Perfect for tourism or business. The staff is excellent and the service is incredible. Jaqueline from housekeeping was amazing. The front desk staff very friendly and efficient.

The property is great, clean, sophisticated. The lift is too small, feeling claustrophobic

The suite is amazing and spacious The spa is amazing and massage are great People are super nice Internet connection is just unacceptable which lead to no access to most of the digital room amenities (I-tv,…) No pool for a hotel at this price is disappointing
-
Spacious room, good food, excellent location. Lack of options in the restaurant. You either have a $50 all-you-can-eat breakfast or you have breakfast somewhere else.
-
Amazing staff, really make you feel at home. Ideally located in a very nice shopping street of São Paulo. Old building, old gym, old carpets and furniture. Could really use a renovation. Everything smells of cigars.
-
Horrible bathroom with clogged sink, no shower door, Every time you shower the whole bathroom gets soaked, the toilet splashes on you when you flush. Small bathroom with a big tub therefore no space for a shower door. Bathroom smells like a sewer when you shower. Hard mattress.
-
The room is spacious, good beds and linens. The bathroom is extremely comfortable. The complimentary wine bottle and sweets were a special treat. But the water with the hotel brand and coffee could be complimentary, as is at the Fasano Hotel

The hall to the elevators is very narrow. Also the hotel doesn't have a pool. The bathroom is all one room; the toilet is not separated from the bath.

great location and really amazing service! very comfortable room with an awesome shower. hotel starts to get a bit dated (especially the elevators are overdue for a makeover)

great location, large comfortable rooms, good attention to details, efficient staff. lack of natural light in the restaurant and bar compounded by dimmed lights made it a bit gloomy.
