Good hotel, not worth the price.

Absolutely everything was exceptional: from first arriving at the entrance to the hotel, the porter, the front desk staff, housekeeping, and restaurant personnel... The attention to details were first-rate. And the hotel is beautiful and well located in the city. The lighting in the room could have been better. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The service in the restaurant was very slow, we had to ask multiple times to get our order. The was no bar were we could sit down stairs.

Loved the stay here. The hotel is fantastic, the food is delicious, the breakfast was amazing! Staff were great. Best shower I’ve ever had! Blackout blinds would have been a great addition to the room.

Best location!! Friendly & helpful staff, rooms with well-appointed amenities, lovely common areas with exquisite landscaping, wonderful views, and excellent on-site restaurants. Concierge team did not return my correspondence.

Perfect location. They had issues with the elevators. Average wait time for an elevator was 5 minutes during a 3 day stay. A few times, I took the stairs from the 11th floor to the ground floor or to the 23rd floor for breakfast. I was disappointed in the variety of fresh fruit at breakfast. The gym was also poorly thought out and did not have appropriate equipment for a full body workout.

The rooms are standard, and the best part was the access to the SEEN and MUST restaurants on-site. The staff was professional and curious,s and the security was good. The location of the hotel was also good in terms of how close it was to some main attractions and how close it was to public transportation. The hotel is very business-oriented, and though it can cater to anybody, including families, you feel very out of place given that most days you will see people dressed in suits who are ready to conduct business. During our stay, we were one of two families that I saw at the hotel. Additionally, you need to be mindful that the hotel does not overcharge you for your stay. I found out after my stay that the hotel had overcharged me by >$600 after reviewing the itemized bill summary of my stay vs. what was charged on my credit card.

Not worth the price. Very expensive for just a standard hotel. Nothing extraordinary from the room either. There are much better hotels for cheaper in the same area.
