The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious, allowing for a good night’s rest. The main shower is very good, with strong pressure and consistent temperature. The breakfast is a highlight, offering a good variety of options, and the staff is generally friendly. The bathroom bidet shower does not work well. I also had a negative experience at the restaurant: I ordered a pizza via delivery and intended to eat it there while also ordering additional items from the restaurant, but I was prevented from doing so in a rude manner. The lack of courtesy in handling the situation was very disappointing. Unfortunately, this incident had a strong impact on my overall perception, and I will not be returning.

We stayed for one night before our flight the next day and it was perfect. The rooms are very spacious and include a fridge. Wesley at reception was extremely helpful and showed us where to find the nearest store to buy supplies. Breakfast was excellent, and we spent the day relaxing at the rooftop pool before heading to the airport. Nothing really

Spacious room, great shower, room service available. Sauna was good. Breakfast was good with lots of choice, the detox juice was very nice! Very slow check-in, as if there was a problem. Offering guests some cold water on arrival would be a nice gesture. Some areas appeared in need of maintenence.

Hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. Bedroom was large and had separated wardrobe. Bed was comfortable and shower was amazing. Breakfast was fabulous Close to Expo Centre which for us was great Bathroom would do with some updating as tiles were old and didn’t look good.

The room was dirty, shower and bathroom full of mold. Charged for what was supposed to be free breakfast.

Old hotel, needs renovation. Old room and uncomfortable mattress.

Staff was very nice and tried to accommodate us in the best way possible. The AC in our room did not work, room was very hot and smelled bad. the staff tried to accommodated us in another room, but the AC was not working properly either and they mentioned that the problem was in the whole hotel, but at least the second room did not smelled so bad.

Beds are big and quite comfortable. The room features great soundproof windows, which is quite helpful to avoid the noise from the busy avenue. Old facilities, the hotel definitely needs some renovation. Room was not clean enough, we could see dirt in different spots. Overall, it is way too expensive for what is offered. Breakfast could be of better quality as well.
