I booked the room that is here in the picture and we got an apartment which was not what we saw in the pictures, it was bad cold not in 4 stars value and I would like to get my money back. No electrical outlet to charge, not heating, toilet is old not even shampoo…., bad and old and not maintained. Everything is leaking, really bad bad bad

Nothing The room was too old, dusty, rusty, outdated.

It was in a very good location, the staf was really nice and helpfull. It was not like it shows in the pictures, the lamp of my room was ripped off so I only had 2 light bulbs in the entire room, I felt kind of catfished, the food in the restaurant was expensive and not very good for the price. The Key card didin’t work, every single day of my stay I had to ask the front desk to activate the card to use the elevator and open my room I used it and then it deactivated again it was really annoying and frustrating.

the staff were very impatient and disorganized, the breakfast is terrible lack of option and terrible tast, i booked a business room but the aircon was not working, they changed my room to a normal one but did not reimburse the amount i´ve paid for the business room.

Second time staying here, and I reiterate the location is really amazing. The people are always very kind. The facilities are good. The pool was not as clean, but not a blocker for me

I chose Wyndham as a reputable brand however I was extremely disappointed with the service esp. from the reception Manoel. I traveled almost 30 hours and arrived on a cold winter night. I tried my debit card however due to some bank restriction it did not work and I had no local currency. I understand the policy of course and I informed that I was willing to give a deposit in USD as a deposit (mind you this is a US brand) but he refused. I requested to check with his manager and the only answer he said was admin did not allow. Below bare minimum service provided. I was forced to walk around Paulista avenue for almost an hour to find an exchange place. I too am a hotelier and I respect that policy but it’s a different story if I had no money to pay but I had dollars which I wanted to give as deposit. The next day the front office leader confirmed they had issue with the card machine.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The room size was also good. The room interior including the furniture and bathroom was old and needs to be upgraded. The hot water in the wash basin was not working.
