The accommodation and facilities were clean and peaceful! Breakfast was simple but delicious. It offers all you need. It has limited parking places, but I could park up there.

The things I liked most about the place were: the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the facilities, the quiet environment and the location very close to the Ipiranga Museum. The things I liked least about the place were: the lack of soap in the bathroom, the small table inside the room, the distance between the bathroom and the room. the lack of a covered parking space and breakfast with little variation of food.

I rested well in this hotel: it was quiet, close to the city center (by uber & bus). Metro is within 15 minutes walk. The area is safe. Some people in reception spoke English, but communication has never been a problem - everyone tried their best. I loved the breakfast, free tea, coffee, and cakes. I was always extremely happy to come back and just rest.

Nice building Dreadful mattresses in both rooms i stayed in. My son’s mattress was dreadful too. I only had cold water with which to shave and me view was of a most dreadful yellow wall which needs painting. Our major complaint are the most dreadful mattresses. Shocking for guests!

The calmness. There's a peace there that you can't find easily in São Paulo. The room didn't have appliances nor handy plugs (to use the ventilator, I needed to block the door). Also, it was not clean during my stay.

1. The staff is so handsome and helpful ! and some of them can speak very well English. 2. It is clean 3. quiet at night 4. with a backyard to relax 5. some interesting touristic spots around, such as independent Park (go on Sunday, with fairs and locals around) and Aquarium ( go on Monday, with price discount) 1. I have stayed for a week, but nobody came to change my towels or bed sheets 2.The breakfast is boring, always the same and the time is too early 3. you can only leave with staff on the reception desk, they open the door for you. It is safe but not very convenient 4. about 20 minutes walking distance from the nearby subway stations- alto de ipirange and ipirange 5. My room is not spacious and the only window is towards the corridor , not outside, so in the morning, it is a little noisy to hear people walk around and talk
