The Staff were friendly and helpful, The place was neat and tidy They should have more English speaking staff also it is a 5 star hotel and English is an international language that's more the reason why English should be introduced all round.

The hotel is amazing, very chique and clean. It has great amenities and a great bar service The pool was dirty, not very fun and the restaurant was closed during our stay. We also didn't get to have breakfast at the advertised spot

We went to Sao Paulo to get married and needed lots of help. All front desk staff was amazing but have to mention Gabriel Pinheiro from guest relations for all the help and attention. Once again - Thank you to all Grand Mercure staff!

Regular hotel, ok gym and a plus with tennis court Old style, not at all a good location. very far away from everything, extremely noisy with the highway just beneath.

The location is good and the breakfast was also good. Staff pleasant and helpful Very ugly jaded room and public space decor. All feels tired and stuck in the 80’s. Poly cotton sheets not acceptable in what’s supposed to be a 5 star hotel. No glasses in room, my friend’s room Smelled v damp and musty . Outdoor pool full of wasps and the area is just a concrete so v unappealing . SP needs to up its hotel game massively

Nice rooms, good shower, very nice staff. The air conditioning did not make the room cold enough, and unfortunately this made it very uncomfortable.
