It is not my first time at the Hotel. I am a regular customer when going to São Paulo. The staff: reception, restaurant, cleaning, they are all wonderful people. Some of them even recognize me when I arrive. I needed an early check in this time, I was exhausted from my trip to São Paulo. It was approved right away! Thank you all for making my stying in São Paulo the best ever!

Very attentive staff. Quiet. Good breakfast buffet Location very convenient lots of restaurants and bakeries nearby Gym needs investment. Apartaments are feeling a little tried though everything worked fine.

We had a wonderful trip. My husband was in a wheelchair. So finding the hotel was great. The staff was very kind during our month long stay, especially Tom at Reception.

Spacious room with windows that can open to let in fresh air. Care for the environment with minimum wastage: No new toothbrushes, etc everyday No change of linen and towels everyday - only on demand Good security. For Business travel, the big work desk with adequate plug points were made it possible to work with ease. The fact that almost none of the staff members can understand and speak English. Only one persen at Reception could speak and understand it, but obviously, he could not be on duty all the time.

The room is very comfortable, large and comfy double bed, the shower was great Staff extremely rude. On our arrival they gave us the form to fill without explain how to do it and the next steps. They runned through the explanation how to use the lifts and we got in, we were having difficulty and they started to scream over the counter how to swap the card. Very unfriendly. We were very tired after a 12h flight delayed for a couple of hours and we felt very unwelcome there. Our mobile services doesn’t worked in Brasil and we were relying on WiFi but our log in details wasn’t working so we called reception they were again very rude saying that it won’t work because they haven’t registered us in the network yet. That was extremely disappointing as we had no way to communicate with our family. Till the next morning still no connexion.

Breakfast very good, room excellent. Staff just amazing. Restaurant menu excellent. Had lunch and dinner there, even family reunion was in the hotel restaurant. They all loved it. Everything was very good!!
