Iconyc Charlie Ibirapuera Hotel

Minha única experiência negativa durante a estadia foi no momento do check-in, por conta do atendimento de uma funcionária da recepção (uma moça de cabelo cacheado e óculos). Trabalho na área de hospitalidade e, por isso, costumo observar bastante o atendimento ao cliente. Infelizmente, senti que essa funcionária entregou tudo, menos hospitalidade. Cheguei antes do horário oficial do check-in sabendo que talvez meu quarto ainda não estivesse disponível. Em vez de me dar as boas-vindas ou verificar se existia a possibilidade de um check-in antecipado, a primeira coisa que ela disse foi: "Você sabe que o check-in é só às 14h, né?". Respondi que sim e que não havia problema em esperar. Quando voltei às 14h, ela sequer me cumprimentou. Apenas começou a digitar no computador, sem explicar o que estava acontecendo. Enquanto eu permanecia na frente do balcão aguardando a conclusão do meu check-in, ela interrompeu meu atendimento diversas vezes para atender outros hóspedes e conversar com colegas, sem em nenhum momento me informar o motivo da demora. Depois de alguns minutos esperando sem qualquer explicação, fui eu quem perguntou o que estava acontecendo. Só então ela informou que o sistema havia travado. Acabei recebendo a chave do quarto cerca de 15 minutos após o horário oficial do check-in. Considerando que eu já estava aguardando no lobby desde antes, esse processo poderia ter sido iniciado mais cedo caso soubessem que haveria demora. Curiosamente, só fui realmente recebida com um "bem-vinda ao hotel" no momento em que ela me entregou a chave. Outro ponto foi quando perguntei sobre a possibilidade de deixar minha mala guardada após o check-out no dia seguinte. Um dos principais motivos de eu ter escolhido este hotel foi justamente a opção de guarda-volumes, pois eu tinha um compromisso e não poderia levar minha bagagem comigo.

The room was clean, the bed confortable. The hotel is ok, but a lot of noise coming from the freeway next to it. They should consider better window systems. Breakfast, not the best at all, and the services, just ok.

Espresso in the room Location is next to a Main Street and windows look like paper. Very loud all night and impossible to rest.

Also unable to buy any food after 2pm, tried asking front desk if the bar or restaurant was open for literally anything and they told me to just order food from an app, I just wanted a sandwich or something

I had a great experience at Iconyc Charlie. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable—they even helped move my room without any hassle. Everyone was consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Their level of care really made a difference and made the stay much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Location, decoration and staff

Amazing property!! Everything was perfect.

Amazing location.Every room comes with its own router for super-fast internet. Everything was great.

Background noise

Few power outlets and very smallroom (we knew about it though)

Super clean, the bed is very comfortable. Refrigerator and the stove helped also

Location Restaurant

The toilet was noticeably unclean, with visible residue around the seat. The bedding had a conspicuous stain on the top sheet, giving the impression that the linens had not been laundered before my arrival. Altogether, the room felt poorly maintained, as if basic cleaning and hygiene standards had been overlooked.

Stairs :(

Location is excellent. Room and bathroom was not cleaned for the 5 nights I was there, no new towels and I found spiders twice in the bed, Im pretty sure I got bitten too by one. Staff was not helpfull when I mentioned and said I should make a complaint, so here it is.

If you stay on the side of the building facing the highway it's very noisy... 24 hours of high intensity non-stop traffic.
