Location The wi-fi doesnt work. I asked if I could change rooms and they didn't.

Friendly staff, easy in-n-out hotel. Not enough plugs in the room, particuarly near the bed, there was only one, and it hwas hidden al the way of the bottom of the bedside table. Food at the hotel was good, but took a extremely long time.

He was under the renovation and we could not access the main elevators. The lobby was flooded.

Breakfast and location were very good. WiFi was atrocious, property overall was a bit dated and view was of a construction site. There are 2 other Melias around the corner which looked much better and newer (and I honestly wish I'd stayed at one of those instead).

Location super central in Itau Bibi and breakfast were really making the difference in our staying. Staff was also welcoming and helpful for our staying. Overall service was really good The rooms were quite old in terms of furniture and finishing. Better maintenance and bathroom renovation are needed

Bed comfort and cleanness are excellent. The staff is very good. Above all, the location is favorable for my needs. I have stayed at this hotel several times. The hotel no longer offers cable TV channels. If you are interested in news, I can tell you that the offer is minimal. This is a recent change in the facilities provided by the hotel. Room service was very poor. I asked for a pumpkin and meat soup, the portions of which were minimal, and the meat had only fat and nerves. Early afternoon, I asked for a salad, and the kitchen was closed that day without any previous notice.

It was a great stay at the center of prime location, it was near to all the attractions. The staff were very helpful, and they were speaking good English. Would like to thank the reception staff and Restaurant staff as well who made the stay memorable Everything was good, nothing to dislike
