Location, just a ten minute walk from Congonhas airport, very close to main public transportation stops , lots of restaurants , cafes , bars and grocery stores nearby, laundry machines also very close, excellent neighborhood Campo Belo, Moema and Brooklin ,nice and profissional staff and a very good breakfast provides a variety of typical local cuisine ! Some facilites in the room as the hotel is not new .

Breakfast was pretty good Staff was friendly and helpful - Room very, very very small - Everything in the room is falling apart, no maintenance at all - Bed clothes utterly used, old and somewhat gross - Cold shower, low flow of water, dirty and falling apart

Breakfast was very good and the serving staff was pretty nice. The reception staff was rude and impatient. Elevator was broken. There was only one power outlet and far from the bed. The room was absolutely filthy. It stunk badly and there was a pile of old hair stuck to the sink drain. Absolutely disgusting.

Mostly everything. Great staff Nothing in particular. The second time I stayed, the room faced the Airport, so the noise was quite dusturbing.

Great location a few blocks from Congonhas airport. 2 restaurants close by. Room could use some updates. Bed can be better and also towels and sheets should have more decent sizes (both bed sheets and towels are small)

Excellent breakfast! Aisles of the storeys, and bathroom. Both too old, need a remodeling urgently.

Nothing. Unfortunately almost everything. Fail to meet the standards of cleanliness and found a dirty bathroom. Staff at the reception was arrogant and unprepared.

The location is close to the airport, but the airport doesn't operate over night, 22:30 to 06:00 there are no airline operations. The breakfast is standard hotel fare, reasonable choices of hot and cold buffet items. Language barrier with some members of staff but google translate assisted greatly. The weather during my stay but the hotel had no control over that, but reduced eploring to much in the area.

Nothing Small room, worn down, small tiny bed with just a blanket. Price was very excessive!
