The location is very good, walking distance to a Metro and train station and also near two main roads, it is only about 15-20 mins to the center of SP. The staff is nice and helpful and the hotel is clean. They have a bar/restaurant 24 hrs. (I think) The shower wasn't ideal, hot water fluctuate too hot, too cold... the room is ok for a quick stay but pretty small, the TV is pretty old too.

Is clean, good location The internet doesn’t work and the Staff doesn’t help, because they only speak Portuguese, no speak Spanish and English, I suggest put somebody speak English

Most of the staff was nice, breakfast ok, easy to go anywhere from the hotel. We asked to clean the room and they literally just made the bed, didn't even sweep the floor. One staff member acted so rude giving orders to the colleague that made everything uncomfortable. The hotel is so close to the metro station that you hear the trains all the time.

The location We arrived at the hotel at 4 am and at 8 am we woke up due to the staff who were cleaning the rooms next to our one. They were very loud. Check out is at 12 pm so I'm wondering why they clean the rooms at 8 am an open question. I have tried to contact the lobby to figure out somehow the situation, but they don't speak English.

There's no glass partition in the shower, there's a curtain but the floor is not inclined enough to drain the water. Bathroom stays completely wet after a shower
