The Alexa room was frustrating— it speaks loudly every time the door is opened. Had to request towels many times. There were cups with liquid in the mini fridge from previous guests.

The view, the breakfast, the staff, the pool As someone who were born and raised jn the surroundings, I found the price a bit too high for the location - it’s like paying for a luxurious stay in a far-from-luxurious area.

Easy check-in. Nice staff overall. Clean room in spite of the "sticky" floor. There was a nice pool I didn't use as well as the gym. Great breakfast! Restaurant has a good and affordable buffet during lunch time, and the staff is super friendly. Lacking basic stuff such as a kettle in the room and/or a microwave (there's just one in the 1st floor, but not easily accessible, especially without a cup). I had to rent a plate kit with cutlery (cup not included). You pay for the water they heat in the restaurant kitchen, that's why I think they don't include the cup in the rented kit. Room floor could be cleaner. The bathroom was good but there were some damage in the walls (resulting in debris on the floor). Towels could be of better quality too, mine were stained and didn't look clean from overuse.
