The fridge was not working, but it was quickly fixed. I was traveling on the next day and had a bus to catch early in the morning. The breakfast was made available about 20 minutes late. I had to quickly eat so that I wouldn't miss the bus.

Room kept neat and clean at all times Overall, Personnel very profissional and they really know how to do their job. Room ladies they polite and friendly, in particular, Ms. Miliane. Mr. Guilherme at the Restaurant, a well mannered gentleman. That was such a tender welcoming and farewell. Have more clothing irons available for guests so they don't have to wait long to use them.

This has been my third time staying at this hotel because I enjoy the location and the staff is friendly and helpful. Milton let me use his iFood app so I could order some food because I don’t have a CPF. At breakfast I wish they would pay attention and do a better job at replacing things that run out instead of having people wait for things to be replaced like cups, silverware, napkins, etc. Also sometimes the scrambled eggs are cold.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice location There was no electric kettle with selection of tea and instant coffee, no clothes iron in the room and no complimentary water as well, which should be the basics of a hotel of this standard.

Very dirty and breakfast sucks. You pay for breakfast and your expectations is high. The front desk staff, I had interaction with 3 guys the curly hair the help was and the young guy with glasses and the older gentleman with glasses. You would think have interactions with a young lady from my country would be good. She looks like she is forced to be there. SAD

Great hotel - so clean and comfortable. The only reason I've not given it 10 out of 10 is the ferocious aircon - our room was arctic when we arrived and I was a bit too chilly despite turning it off for the night. Also the swimming pool.is the size of a bathtub Haha! And heated - so hard to cool off. Otherwise the staff are lovely, they give you a very good breakfast and the place is spotlessly clean.

The location was perfect . Close to a Mall/Metro station and niche cafes/restaurants. Bonus also having an outside top floor heated pool to relax in . Also enjoyed breakfast options and the room service food . Staff overall were engaging and helpful I arrived from the Uk after a long long flight at midnight to be greeted by a female member of staff who was not courteous and never even smiled . I appreciate she was obviously learning the role but it took her a staggering 20/25 minutes to check me in . I’ve never experienced anything like this in the world . She finally smiled and relaxed after she’d completed the check in and was really helpful but it was really frustrating. Also having decided to return to the hotel after a trip to Rio , I asked if it was possible for the same rate and room . I was informed not possible as the hotel is busier ! So it was more expensive. Booking.Com’s rate was actually cheaper . I therefore decided to go somewhere else !

Breakfast was awesome and the service started very early in the morning, perfect for our need. Room temperature at arrival. Suggest switching on the air conditioning before passengers arrival.
