Very good location and good value
-
Perfect Location! Walking distance from important cultural spots. Parking is costly
-
Room is extremely noisy..every now and then you can hear doors banging…not for someone who is looking for a comfortable sleep.
-
Breakfast was very good, not exceptional More not-meat options, choice of non-dairy and lactose free milk

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The hotel feels quite outdated, with old renovations and worn-out furniture that does not function well. The towels were also very old and heavily used, to the point where we did not feel comfortable using them. Another major issue was the noise. The soundproofing is extremely poor — we could clearly hear everything happening in the hallway, including other guests walking and entering their rooms. Because of this, we had trouble sleeping on several nights. What affected our stay the most was the lack of basic amenities. There was no kettle in the room, and when we asked for one, we were refused. The only option offered was to upgrade the room for an additional 50% of the price we had already paid. The staff member did not try to offer any alternative solution or show flexibility. Even after explaining that my wife is pregnant and we genuinely needed a kettle, the request was simply declined. This level of customer service was very disappointing. It is quite surprising that a hotel at this price level does not provide kettles in rooms or even make them available upon request, especially in situations where there is a clear need. Additionally, the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water, not even after housekeeping. Instead, guests are expected to purchase a small bottle for 8 BRL, which feels unreasonable. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations.

Very well located and very friendly staff The air conditioning was not cooling enough and makes a terrible sound at night!

The hotel has a great location, very close to Avenida Paulista. The room is a bit dated but still very nice, clean and with a suuuuper comfortable bed. The breakfast is excellent and very complete.

Welcoming staff with great English Pretty rooms Exceptional breakfast: eggs, bakery, fruits, cheese, bacon, milk, oats, vegetables, juices, coffee machine Small gym Using a lift during a breakfast time was annoying sometimes. We had to wait it for 5+ minutes

Great location. Good value for the money. Recommended.

I loved my room, it was clean and the bed was super comfy. Good AC, good TV, and it was really quiet. The breakfast was really good also. I really liked the jacuzzi room and sauna. I find this hotel a bit expensive but it is a really trusty choice if you are looking for comfort and a couple of luxury days. I found it a nice choice for my first time in Sao Paulo, as it is really close to Avenida Paulista and the subway entrance. The gym room is tiny and with little free space, but has the main facilities.

Noise free rooms, friendly and very helpful staff, great breakfast.

Clean room, very good breakfast with also vegetables and fruits

Very good location, awesome staff and wonderful breakfast! Will be staying there again if needed.

I got no help from the staff with my 4 pieces of luggage. Also, I had an issue with the remote for the AC. It was stuck at 24 degrees, When I asked the reception to come and check, they told me they could come the next day to fix the issue, which was probably simply the batteries. It's really disappointing since I only had one night... The staff should have resolved the issue immediately since having the right temperature to sleep is essential.

Very friendly staff, perfect location, impeccably clean room, good breakfast. Everything matched expectations.

The location, is the safest in Sao Paulo. Its easy to get to, and walking around in the area was not an issue. The rooms were quiet. The breakfasts were not great, perhaps by Brazillian standards, this is normal. The coffee was poor, and a horrible sandy surprise. The rooms exceptionally small, eeek. The service all-round was well - OK, but we somehow expected more, like a smile or a friendly welcome on arrival. It costs nothing to be friendly! The hotel as such did not stand out to us and won't return as their is no appeal. The elevator took hours, eventually we took the stairs on several occasions. The water in the shower went cold after 5.5 minutes. I guess that was the allotted shower time!

The hotel is in a very good location: safe, quite, and convenient to many restaurants/eateries. Walking distances to metro/bus stations, a major shopping center, and the art museum. The staff are very nice. The bedding is very comfortable and room is clean. Breakfast is good. Wifi works well. We liked it so much that we came back to stay here again two weeks after our first stay.
