The check in and check out was smooth. The staffs are very helpful. Good restaurant. The breakfast was very good. Rooms were well lit and very clean.

Ar Condition Failure

Close to the airport They charged me twice and I left without a solution. The rooms seem to be old and with bad maintenance. Difficult to open the shower faucet as they were tunning but no opening

I know the hotel and the apart hotel well. Good location, the renovations made the lobby much better. The hotel side is good, great bathroom for 4 stars in Brazil AC was making a big noise. I was too tired to request a new room or fixing and had few hours to sleep. One of the windows had a big crack. Room 103 is right above the lobby and the noise or cars and traffic has been much worse than I ever experienced in SP hotels

The airport transfer that was mentioned at the time of booking was not provided. I received all the instructions and waited at the airport, but after a long wait I called and was informed that the transfer was no longer available. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff showed little concern and stated that it was not the hotel’s responsibility. In addition, the check-in process was extremely slow. Priority was given to pilots and aircraft crew members, which resulted in a significant delay. From the time I arrived at the airport until I finally received my room, it took approximately two hours.

Property is great, clean, well located, great view, comfortable beds, owner very supportive and nice We had two problems during our stay, the system did not inform the owner about our confirmation, so they had to send the towels a bit later, which was fine for us. And one night there was a really strong wind that broke the window lock and there was no way to close the window anymore, and some rain came inside. Again, the owner was great and sent someone to fix it asap.

The reception was not very friendly. The room was advertised with a kettle and we had to ask for same. The toilet was not working properly and got blocked on the first use. Toilet seat was loose and the dirty marks on the carpets was not very appealing.

It’s close to the airport. That’s about it. The unit is rented by a third party which is not disclosed beforehand. The staff want nothing to do with you and offer minimal to no service to you. Very little english is spoken at the front desk. The pool smells terrible.

Breakfast was excellent! There were eggs, fresh fruit, rolls, cake, and more. The carpet on the 22nd floor is stained and needs replacement.

The hotel is very close to Congonhas airport and they have a great transfer to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfy. The hotel isn’t as modern as it appears which wasn't a problem for me.

Being in a dark elevator with the doors shut and not moving is a disagreeable feeling. Breakfast was very basic. Very little variety from one day to the next. Replacements and refillings of food and utensils was slow. Same fruits every day and sometimes not ripe.
