My stay was extremely pleasant. The team was consistently kind, attentive, and helpful. I chose George V as my first home in São Paulo while relocating from the U.S., looking for a comfortable, well-serviced place that would also welcome my dog, and it exceeded my expectations. Both of us felt genuinely cared for, which made a big difference in settling into a new city. It was genuinely a great stay.

Best shower I’ve ever had! Lots of pillows, amazing friendly staff. Location is amazing. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. I wish there was a do not disturb hang tag for the housekeeping

The location is excellent and the service of the hotel is very good. The breakfast is simple and don´t have variation from one day to another.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful where they could be. Location of the hotel is also a massive bonus in Pinheiros which is a nice area for restaurants etc Arrived very early in the morning (7am) and the hotel told me there was no option to take a shower, or use any of the facilities before my room was available. Thankfully a room was made available at 10am but disappointed the facilities were not offered considering I was staying there for 8 days

The place was clean and the front desk staff were exceptional. Breakfast being included was a bonus. The rooms are a bit dated modernizing the furniture and fixing old doors and modding in the bathrooms as well as updating the toilets would go a long way. The bed also was not very comfortable and the pillows were musty.

Breakfast was very good, but it was the same every morning. I was charged $9 CDN for 5 extra Nespresso capsules. We were given 4 the first day, and no refills!

The staff - best staff in Sao Paulo! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The gym is quite decent as well. Having a Pecorino at the hotel is a plus. However, the internet was incredibly slow, and kept disconnecting. I’d love to come back, but they have to address this issue.
