Great location, wonderfully attentive staff. Overpriced and definitely not a 5star hotel it should be rated as a 4star

Our room faced construction area, we woke up very early because of that.

Modern, well-kept hotel in an upscale area of São Paulo. Room was very spacious and clean. AC worked perfectly. Stunning view from our room’s balcony of Ibirapuera Park and the city skyline beyond it. Rooftop pool was clean and had many options for seating. Gym, also on the rooftop, was far larger and with better equipment than your typical hotel gym. Front desk staff very kind and helpful.

Location The noise!!!! There is a huge construction next to the hotel, and they start work with banging and drilling noise starting at 6am!!! So good luck for sleeping. I let the hotel management know and they told me they can’t do anything until Formula 1 is over which was Monday. They absolutely did not do anything to compensate the noise! I know if its not their concern but it is not the consumers concern neither!!! They moved me to another room, after reminding them again, but now there was a banging noose from the next room because of renovation.

The breakfast was decent and offered a good variety — the only positive aspect of this hotel. The rooftop view is nice, with a panoramic look over São Paulo, but beyond that, my stay was terrible The hotel is listed as a 5-star property, but in reality it barely meets a 3-star standard. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, my stay was disappointing. I reserved a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony, yet upon arrival I was told my reservation was for an accessible/disabled room. Even after showing my confirmation on the booking app, the staff insisted otherwise and were quite confrontational. They informed me they could not accommodate the room I had booked that night and said they would check availability the following day. I made it clear that if they couldn’t provide the correct room, I would expect a refund. I was asked to return at noon the next day to see if the room would be ready. When I returned, I was told the room would be available but was not yet ready. I left my luggage and went to work, and shortly before leaving the hotel I was told I could move rooms immediately. I dropped my luggage in the new room and only returned late in the evening. At first, the room seemed like an “upgrade” — it was on the top floor and had a larger bed than originally booked. Unfortunately, that impression did not last long. At 7:30am, loud construction began directly outside my window. The windows are not soundproof at all, which is unacceptable for a hotel in São Paulo — one of the noisiest cities in the world. To make matters worse, the room was located directly below the gym, so every dropped weight caused loud impacts and even made the room shake. Sleeping or resting there was simply impossible. Eventually, I gave up, packed my luggage, and checked out early — despite having a reservation from Wednesday to Sunday. What made the experience even more frustrating was that no compensation, discount, or partial refund was offered after all the inconvenience and stress. I do not recommend this hotel. It is not a 5-star property, and I would rate it 3 stars at most.

Very good breakfast. Friendly staff, with ecological approach (filtered water provided instead of plastic bottles). Nice restaurant with good food and friendly waiters. The pool on rooftop very small. Location somewhat remote from main tourist areas, but still quiet and peaceful.
