My intention is only collaborate: 1) bad Breakfast, worse coffee, little flies on the fruits and on the cold food, few napkins, small TV in the room. 2) There is no assistance service available for transporting luggage from the car to the reception and the room.

Great shower and bed. Broken elevator. The card doesn't work. Outdated TV. Empty mini bar. Single breakfast.

The staff was very nice, they remembered my birthday for example and even though my Portuguese is not that strong and their English was not either, we communicated very well. The room in the 7th floor was very clean. And the receptionists were all very helpful! The location is good, too - right next to the Interlagos Shopping Center! It was a little noisy during the night on our floor and we woke up a few times. Not sure if it was noise from other guests, rooms or if it was some technical noise from the air conditioner or so.

It could have a coffe machine at the room. My car stayed at the garage for 3 days and when I pick up it the door was with a small dent

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with many options and really good coffee. The room was really large and had plenty of space. The location was excellent, as I had to go to Interlagos.

Location next to Interlagos Mall Some confusion over check out, at first front desk said I had a credit, then they said I owed them and finally, it was fine...
