The price from booking.com didn't match the actual price. I had to pay around R$200 more due to "fees" and taxes. I wish this was included in the original booking. Also, there was no way to know the price of parking before booking, which wasn't cheap at R$45 a day. This type of information should be available at the time of booking to avoid unpleasant surprises.

The front desk is very organised. They can organise taxis and are very efficient. The wi-fi is very slow. The restaurant is very expensive.

The bed and the fact you can use their air conditioning as heater as it was a very cold week when I was there. The breakfast is terrible. Nothing tasted good and I'm brazilian and from São Paulo, I know there are enough good bakeries in the area for the breakfast to be decent, which it really wasn't. Also the coffee was terrible. In addition, the lady who takes care of the breakfast is super rude.
