The location in a good neighborhood was excellent. It was easy to get a taxi or uber from hotel. The staff from front door to front desk to room service was excellent. ESPECIALLY BELLA at the front disk on my check in. Excellent English, very helpful, kind. Bella needs a raise.

There is nothing for kids. The swimming pool is not heated , it was very windy.

Beautiful property, helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast! The spa and other onsite amenities were also incredible. I used their transportation services several times and it was a smooth, safe, and comfortable experience, which was important to me as a woman traveling alone. There was a power outage one night that was a bit concerning — a short event overall, though. The hotel was also very expensive, but I can see why considering the location, design, and amenities.

Firstly, if I’m paying over $500USD/night do NOT force me to sign up to Bonvoy and give you my personal information just to have access to the internet. Wifi is a right, not a privilege. Stop pretending you’re doing me a favor by letting me use it. Second, charging for water in the room? Seriously? Even at lower rated hotels it’s complimentary. What’s next ? Will you start charging for soap? It’s Greedy and it alienates your guests. Finally, thin walls means I could hear every crying baby, running tap and hallway conversation. I would rather sleep in the street than pay to stay in a Marriott ever again. The next time your so-called marketing team sit down and plan your business strategy how about starting from the guest’s perspective rather than scheming for ways to nickel and dime them and annoy them. You don’t deserve to call this hotel a five star hotel. I’ve had better experiences at 3 star. The size, the space, the decoration, the cleanness, the people! The bathroom. Horrible. After every shower, the bathroom was flooded.
