Yes it is clean. I didnt like the kitchen but it works so it is okay. Reception is good. Breakfast is weak. Bed is not comfortable but for location it can be stayed again.

The place had everything we needed, it was really comfortable and welcoming. The location was excellent, right next to Avenida Paulista and close to the metro, which made getting around very easy. The staff were also incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

One of the host is very kind and helpful. Facility is hard to use. Bathroom is very small almost cannot turn around.

I always stay here due to the location (near the Av. Paulista, Shopping mall cidade São Paulo, parks and walking distance to other neighborhoods. The staff is amazing.

Had multiple rude interactions with the staff. It’s not your typical backpacker hostel. I’m not referring to social ambience but rather that they don’t like to hold luggage, they don’t allow access to the kitchen after check out and you can’t stay to wait for a flight/bus for instance. It was a bit disappointing in that regard.

The sanitary door on the first floor didn’t close, and the smell was awful. The smell inside the room coming from the window is also awful. Really noise, you could hear ppl from the reception late (like 2 am). The window curtains was completely seethru so the light coming from the outside was always on my face while sleeping. Did a early check out tbh because of all of those stuff

I stayed Soul hostel 2 before, and liked it so much that I chose to stay hostel 1. Everything is nice, basically the same style and decorations, chill vibe, clean area, friendly reception, breakfast included. Just maybe this hostel is the old one, not as big space as hotel 2.
