they never made.up the beds in the 4.days i was there. they came.in every day and took te.trahs out but did not touch the beds, even when i left.thr note.hanging to please.clean up.the beds.

This hotel is very well located, was comfortable and budget friendly, I booked it for one night since my flight was at 3 am, that gave me the opportunity to rest since I had taken the bus from rio to São Paulo.

Nice clean you get what you pay for staff are nice! I come to São Paulo very frequently and normally stay here. It’s a little bit dangerous outside. I’m used to it. I’m a frequent guest, but someone who’s Not Really St., Wise might wanna pick another hotel. Also, the English proficiency of the staff is very low, but they are very nice people and they go out of their way to help you !

I liked that IBIS allways offer a standard of cleanning that is great. I didnt like the breakfast at all. Half of the days it was pretty good but the others not. Like the black coffe changed flavour and the "special bread of the day" was great one day and unacceptable in the other. Besides that i think it is my fault i could not see that the room has no fridge. That was my mistake but i think here in booking an information like that is too much important to be among a big list. And there is this anoining light sensor in the room that was pretty uncoamfrtble that if my wife went to the bath it shined all the room. The veeeery small room (i could not understand that by the description)
