The hotel is in a great location for walking to a number of wonderful vegan restaurants and the staff were very kind and accommodating to our large vegan group.

Fast check in, friendly staff, good shower, clean.

Location, staff, room size Area is a bit shabby in certain locations but still feels safe and central

Dirty bathroom. Mattress with loose springs. Trash cans were not emptied

Just felt like an outdated hotel. Uncomfortable bed No hot water

The shower water is not the best. They can do better than that.

The location is convenient. For a stay of 4 nights I do expect to have my room cleaned everyday and it was not like that, I requested to put together beds, I have to do it myself. There was a lot of noise at night. Some of the staff were very helpful but some not.

Included breakfast was good.

Like going back to a time of hospitality excellence. A four star like I remember four stars from the 90’s.

The workers were above and beyond to help!! Nice people . Rodrigo was great. Just the mattress was too soft, but not uncomfortable

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, convenient location in Sao Paulo, easy walking distance from a lot of good spots. The wifi didn't work in the room, the staff was aware of this but didn't seem to care.

The hotel has comfortable beds. The wifi did not work in my hotel room, and the hotel staff was aware it was broken, but said there was nothing they could do about it. This meant I was unable to do any work from my hotel room which made it a very bad choice for a business trip. Additionally, the room key cards would stop working constantly, sometimes twice or more a day. When I asked the staff about it, they said they knew this happened a lot. This made it very inconvenient as you often had to go downstairs and wait in a long line to get your key card reactivated.

Good location depending where you are going Good breakfast Rooms are ooooold like really outdated. And look more like a cheap hotel per hours. Towels are in plastic bags, there are signs everywhere in the bathroom and metal things are color faded. Rooms need a serious upgrade.

Rooms were spacious and clean . Breakfast was excellent . Staff were friendly and helpful . The bathrooms need to be renovated .

So, in general terms, good. Re Staff, some were not amazingly nice but Id say the MAJORITY were extremely kind and helpful so please if you are reading this I do appreciate loads you took good care of the belongings I forgot in the safe box til I got a chance to pick them up. Also a shout out to the staff who helped me with a disposable fork and sorting out payment of a beer. However bare in mind: location is OK but not amazing, I wouldn't walk alone as a solo female at night, but that's mostly all LATAM big cities (despite being in Pinheiros, but Pinheiros is big). Then, it felt like an 80s hotel, so for a few bucks more I might have a more pleasant stay somewhere else I thought. For a 4 star hotel really few amenities. I had to ask for a iron at reception. I was expecting one in my room.
