Great neighbourhood, felt very safe with the pinpad entrance. Room is clean and spacious. Lots of nice touches that make a difference - shelves and hooks in bathrooms and a personal fan for each dorm bed. Staff are welcoming and quick to respond on whatsapp. Would gladly stay again.

Relatively expensive

Clean and comfortable. I forgot an item on my bed and they kindly held it for me.

Pedro is very friendly and helpful. He can give you very good recommendations about the city. The room is very nice and you have enough place to put your stuff. You can sleep well at night. There is no noise outside. The location is great and 10-15 min walk away from two different metro stations (same line).

When we first entered we loved the house. It’s very safe, very comfy and cost (nice living room and dining room, big kitchen, terrace, cute room…) and it seemed very cleaned. The location is really good, in a nice and safe neighborhood near all the street art. The house itself is pretty quiet which is nice. We had the only room (« Acai room ») that is on the street side, and the street at night is EXTREMELY loud. Because the windows are not sound proof, it was just impossible to sleep at night… I think all the others rooms were fine because not next to the street, but I think the room we went in should not be rented as it’s just impossible to sleep with all that noise. Also, there is no flat sheet on the bed, only a blanket that you then need to put right over your body/skin to sleep, and on the day we left, we noticed the cleaning staff was only changing the fitted sheet and pillow cases but did not change or wash the blanket and just put it back on the bed for the next guests, which I think is really dirty as you never know what people have done in the bed and how the blanket touched other people skin/body or even the floor as we had put ours on the floor because we thought it would be washed after we left… Also the bath towels were wet when we arrived (even though they seemed cleaned, it was annoying to get off the shower with a wet towel).

The room look very old fashioned and could use some fresh paint. cupboard was also very old and smelled of mould.

Kitchen is well equipped, supermarket is just a minute away. Cozy bedroom.. You cannot ask for more :) There is fan in the room but not aircon. It can be the only problem if it’s really hot.

The property is exactly as advertised. The room was very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. My room did not have AC but had two fans and a window. The fans were not necessary in summer. The management was very nice and responsive. It’s in a great location too. N/A

Location Slow Communication and responses from the Hostess. Room's lock was broken and i got locked in the room once, very hard to open and close. Window's lock broken too. The room was not ready in the time for the 2PM check-in, because they were waiting for the sheets to come from the laundry. I waited for 1,5 hour and then i gave up wating and went to lunch. When i came back, the sheets were in a bag at the room's door and I had to put them on the bed by myself.

So clean, very good communication with all the staff, the location is great in a quiet street away from the noise

The security gate around the perimeter of the house made it feel safe. The shared kitchen was always clean. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Self checking was simple and easy, the provided codes workd easily. The neighborhood has some great restaurants and a supermarket only a 30 second walk. Nothing
