The location was great! The staff was super accommodating, and the bedrooms, bathrooms, and commons spaces were clean and nice!

Flexible approach would help sometimes.

The location was amazing.

Well located, friendly staff, quiet, well equipped kitchen, clean restrooms and comfortable beds. They need to switch the outlets in common areas … not necessarily a bad thing just a suggestion.

Nathalia is an incredible host – kind, competent and very well organized. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly and she was always available to help with anything I needed. The hostel itself is pristine: very clean common areas, comfortable beds, and everything is clearly well maintained. It’s also very easy to access and located in a calm, very safe area, which made it ideal for both resting and getting work done. The manager is also kind and professional, and the whole team contributes to a welcoming, respectful atmosphere. With the clear and well-followed rules, I felt genuinely safe and well looked after during my entire stay. Nothing significant. The rules are quite strict, but they are clearly explained and actually help keep the place orderly, quiet and safe – which I personally appreciated.

The staff was nice, helpful and spoke good english. The hostel is easy to access with their face recognition feature, and the location is also excellent. The only thing I needed but didn't have was a dressing room. Showering and then trying to get dressed in that little space was very complicated and some people aren't comfortable getting dressed in front of others in the shared room. Everything else was awesome and I'll definitely return one day!

Great atmosphere, perfect location near all the nice bars and restaurants, near train station, near supermarket, friendly staff.

Everything was comfortable and very clean. Rooms were cleaned daily. There was a spacious kitchen and a common area. Each bed had its own power socket and lamp with curtains for privacy. The toilets are very small and there was work happening which was quite loud in the morning however this didn't start too early.

The room was really clean, each bed has its own power supply and book light, you can rent a towel and buy a pad locker if you need it for an affordable price. The kitchen is well equiped with new equipments, a good place with comfortable chairs and desks to est or to pass time, there’s also an inviting big living room which is perfect to meet new people. The bathroom was really clean and had good showers The staff is really nice, they make the guest feel at ease, as if it was your own home. They also give you tops about everything related to your travel and are open to talk about other things as well. Overall, everything me feel welcomed, I’m going to recommend it for anybody that asks me where to stay in São Paulo. There’s just a few sinks to brush your teeth

Quiet, spotlessly clean, very helpful personnel that spoke English well. Answered all my questions were to get what. Lives on site. In the morning there is free coffee. Just wishes. Maybe an electric kettle or a water filter would be nice. The double room faces the road so it might be good to bring earplugs.

The cleanest hostel I’ve been in during 8 months in LATAM. Seems new. Great staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Lacking atmosphere, maybe a bit pricey. Rooftop? Still giving it a 10 because it felt like a place you could recharge energy.
