The staff 10/10 and also the possibility of having a space for free during my vacations. However, there is a misunderstanding regarding the “private bathroom” because it was rented as having a private bathroom but it was shared The bathroom and the cleaning wasn’t the beat

Clean and comfortable. Great kitchen Change all of the staff (except the cleaning person) and you will have a great hostel. They create a terrible atmosphere, really

Came here with some friends. Great location close to some nice local places and stuff to see. Room clean. Staff was super slow, not a very social hostel (even tho people were napping in the common area at all times) . our room had some funky windows that could not properly close. No real space for luggage or to hang anything. It felt like they opened yesterday.

Staff very nice I got sick with the aircon, but is not their fault, but sometimes temperature is too low

The bunks have a lot of privacy. The kitchen and dining area is very comfortable, and the ping-pong is a lot of fun! The bathrooms aren’t very nice.

Common area is big and comfortable. It’s in a quiet area and few minutes walking from the subway.

The location, filtered water in the kitchen, very clean room and barhroom, very comfy bed with plugs to charge the phone next to everyone's pillow. Big plus. Good wifi speed too and not far from metro No soap provided in the bathroom, window led to common balcony where a lot of people were always hanging out in (noisy), staff was not knowledgeable when we asked for what to do in são paulo / where to eat or go for drinks around the hostel (they told us to check google maps...)

Nothing to do nearby

Bed was comfy and bathroom good size. Good neighborhood but stilk a person got assoulted just by the door. VERY DIRTY kitchen and common areas. Also the area around bed was very dirty. Not very social but still they play very loud music all day. Employees not very nice.l and the luggage room without surveillance you can literally take any bag and no one will notice.

The design and facilities were extra, and the host/volunteers were friendly, helpful and a laugh to be had! The pillows weren’t for my liking

Very nice hostel, in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms have AC. Big kitchen and a nice dining/living area to chill and eat. It was the perfect spot to work remotely. Although the bed pods are awesome. My pillow was very old and uncomfortable. Plus, I could tell it wasn’t clean, it had this brown-ish color (it was white, so it was very visible). It had this weird smell. I had to spray it with perfume and still it had this odd smell. The comforter wasn’t clean either.

Big spaces and nice bedroom, large ensuite. The curtain and light were great. Loved the bedroom. The filter tap didn't work and they are waiting for a replacement so I was offered to buy water ? The kitchen was really dirty and no hand towels for drying my hands in bathroom.
