Son muy amables en la recepción y hay servicio 24/7. Hay agua caliente y ventilador buenos! Pedí que me llevaran una toalla y una cobija para mi habitación y nunca la llevaron. El baño se veía muy descuidado y con implementos rotos a pesar de estar limpio.

the hotel was a pleasant surprise . the neighboorhood seems a bit run down but was nearby a metro station. the inside of the hotel was newly renovated, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Perfect place for its price, 15-20 minutes from Tietes bus station. Very pleasant staff (even if many don’t speak English). Convenient to travel to and from with taxi.

Close to the Barra-Funda-Palmeiras train station, you can get the express train from/to the airport there. You can get room service. Breakfast was good. The guy that did my check-out spoke english so that was nice and smooth. Some staff didn't speak english or spanish.

Quiet area No lift, so quite challenging to bring up a 23 kgs suitcase to the second floor. I almost missed steps a few times. No shower curtain. Breakfast served until 10, however removed already at 09.45. The breakfast is served in the car parking at the back of the building.

Good Location, close to te center and nightlife. Interesting neighborhood ! Hotel is rock solid, nice rooms and includes parking ! Recommended!!

I like the location of the place, the breakfast was very complete and the people was nice. The wifi didn't work well, the bed sheet wasn't very clean and it was hard to lock and unlock the door.
