All the hotel staff provide assistance and welcome throughout, and special thanks go's to the reception staff Kubra In terms of the hotel location and comfort, it is excellent Cleanliness and lighting in the rooms and bathrooms could be better

All the employees were friendly and helpful The property wasn’t clean and wasn’t as luxurious as it claims to be! Few things were broken in the room plus we had too many insects on a daily basis.

i liked the room, staff are very friendly and respectful. the tea time is perfect, it was the best tea i have ever tasted in my life, it was different, i hope i can get the name of the tea brand so i can purchase it. and there is an entertainment center for children, gaming consoles, arcade for the kids, etc… I booked a room with Jacuzzi, but after i checked in i found that the jacuzzi wasn’t working. it was just like a bathtub. i found slippers in the closet, i used them, when i checked out they told me that i have to pay for the slippers!! it was in the closet with nothing mention about buying it. i found it there so i thought its for free to take. but unfortunately i had to pay for it. other than that i have enjoyed

the staff frienfly .. the breakfast is good Unfortunately, the room is not clean..the cup was dirty and the kettle was filled with water..the bathroom smelled of sink..the curtain was torn..and below that there are insects in the room that we don't know where they come from..and we noticed that the cleaners didn’t wipe the floor, the floor remains dirty.

We booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel via the hotel, each assistant give us a different price, also, when the driver picked us up, he didn’t wait for us at the gate inside the airport, we were looking for him outside the airport! Also, his driving was so fast and uncomfortable, the car was small whereas other companies are huge and comfortable! We asked for a driver for a tour in Sapanca for one day, they said the maximum time is 5:30 p.m. for 150$ and we started the journey 11:30! Also, the driver only speaks Turkish and we are tourists, it’s supposed that they have a driver who speaks English even a little! The first place we visited in Sapanca was Sopeli, he didn’t wait for us at the entrance, instead he was walking with us

they didn’t give me my room like what I bay for, l bay for 2 lake view family room they give me one of them not view and not family room they hide that and when I refuse they told me take it or leave it!! moreover, they take a full price of my reservation.

location, friendly staff, great food, beautiful view the room i was in had issues with ac and i was sent to a smaller room though I paid for the bigger room. The toilet was too small without necessary toiletries.
