The beds were comfortable and it was reasonable. It wasn’t the easiest to find but it also wasn’t terrible. It’s very basic, not a vacation spot.

the staff were friendly and the bed was comfy bathroom was a little small even for a business hotel. if taller it maybe hard to use.

Bed was a little firm, but that's personal preference, was cool being close to Nakajima park, not far to station.

The hotel was located near nakajima park, although it is not along the main road, still the location is very accessible to the train station. Just a 4 min walk to the exit 3 of Nakajima Koen (Namboku Line) and just near Susukino road. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and will gladly come again for our future Sapporo holidays. Thank you so much, Arrigato ?

Great location near Nakajima park - beautiful park to walk through everyday to get to the station and only a few stops away from the city centre. There was a common room with vending machines, cooking facilities and a coin operated washing machine which was very useful. Lots of useful amenities were supplied and the staff were quick to respond to any requests and were very helpful. The pillows were not very comfortable and the wifi was a bit slow.

Bed was comfy Drains smelt awful in both rooms the hotel put us in, upper floors have more outdated bathrooms than lower floors and flood. No openable window in lower floor room. Female staff friendly but Male staff rude. Medication was missing from room after cleaner had been.

Close to Nakajima park and to the subway station Very noisy sound from the ventilation grid inside the room (not from the bathroom) that we could not turn off.

We had a brief stay for one night only due to schedule changed and arrived in Sapporo one day earlier. So we don’t have a strong impact. Overall, great price and good location. You can walk to Susukino by foot around 15mins and by train around 5mins. Not far from Nakajima station. N/A

The room is small but well maintained and clean, all the facilities are available. The hotel is located in the corner of the street but it is close to the city centre
