The onsen and spa area were definitely a highlight. Although the hotel is a bit far from Susukino Station on foot, the area is very quiet and ideal for resting. The staff were very helpful, and it was nice to have seating available in the first-floor guest lounge. The room is a bit small. I also noticed some pink mold in parts of the bathtub, so the cleaning could be improved slightly.

I like that the hotel is accessible to train stations and restaurants. I booked the Superior Room for 3. But the room is quiet small for 3 persons. No space for our luggages. Not enough space for our clothes to hang.

Very quiet, staff were nice, and had many amenities for people staying a long time. And the spa/hot bath was super relaxing. And you got to make your own bath powder for your rooms personal bathtub.

Location was great and the stuff was excellent. The room was too small and dusty.

Location was at good spot, easy to access the attractions The staff were a little rude I feel, the toilets were really smelly and also the bedsheet have blood, i tried to communicate with staff but they couldn’t understand what i was trying to say

The location is very good. The facilities are also very nice with lots of complimentary stuff, you can mix your own bath bomb if you wanted to have onsen on your own bathtub, we weren’t able to experience the onsen though, since we were just transiting for a night. Not much space in the room we stayed. It was difficult to even open 1 luggage without compromising walking space.

The hotel location is quite suitable for travelers who use public transports but not for traveling with private cars. Easy to access all around Susukino district. The receptionists can't speak english at all. I tried to say something neccessary for check-in process but she didn't listen my information that useful and shorthening the time for check-in. When I tried to speak, she just said the word "stop stop stop" and used the hotel translator tablet for the detail about check-in that didn't totally help. Shoud be improved only for her, the others was okay trying to do their best duty.

Good value for what we paid for. Clean, quiet, lobby has a whole station with bath salts, herbs and mixtures to run a bath in your room. Toiletries available at the lobby, as well as free luggage storage.

Had a feeling of very greedy place: very expensive for the room size (couldn't even lay down the luggage). No coffee in the room. Even I was probably overcharging for parking for ~16 hours.

Clean and located near the susukino station. You can’t get to it by passing through the underground street so it was hard to get there with the suitcases because it was snowing but otherwise very accessible to restaurants and shops !

Nothing bad !

Everything! Sumptuous breakfast spread. Central to all activities in Sapporo; could even cab it to the local Ski resort. Many restaurants, bars and Izkayas in close proximity and yet its quiet within the rooms. Helpful staff. Lovely onsen on-site.

The location is very convenient. Not family friendly. the picture is zoomed out, so the room is way smaller than it is shown. No reply to both of my messages, had to ask again at the reception. All they said was sorry and couldn’t provide baby crib. (requested upon booking) Zero english, but they do have some translated documents. Poor cleaning level, even the cup wasn’t changed, despite it was put dirty in the sink for exchange.

Public bath & steam sauna with massaging salt Only one Lift could come down to B1 where public spa is. We have to change lift at ground floor almost time.
