The staff is lovely and the location is convenient. My room was dirty, there was hair in the fridge and on the towels. Under the bed had a water bottle and one airpod left behind by the previous guest. What bothered me the most was that on our last night there(February 7th 2026, around 7:20-7:50 pm), 2 guys followed us into the hotel lobby. I was with my group of 4, consisting of 2 men, a toddler and a woman(Me). I was at the back but was a foot away from my family. I noticed the guys odd behavior a few blocks away and knew they were following us once they turned into the hotel entrance when we did. They would avoid eye contact, hide their face and waited by the elevator to see what floor we were staying on... they never got on the other one that was available which made me press random floors to throw them off. If I was traveling by myself I wouldn't stay here, it would be too easy for someone to stalk you, plus anyone can get on the elevators without a room key.

Location is great. Nice hotel. Exactly what you would expect. Staff is helpful. Rooms are just a little tight for two people with luggage. But not bad.

Very well situated to be able to see any and everything in Sapparo. I don’t know a better location and the room was clean and the staff was nice Not the property but I was watching everyone falling on the unshoveled sidewalks outside

The room was nice and clean but a little bit overpriced compared with others. Parking around hotel is limited. Maybe the hotel need to expand parking area so that the guests can easily go in and out

Good location to the downtown. Informative staff. Tidy and clean setting though some of the mattress is not perfectly cleaned but not serious issue. No parking support. Basic drinks supple such as tea or coffee is not available.

A very good location and the price is excellent value for money. This will only apply to those who are over 6ft. The bed was a bit short. I think that this is not really a major issue and won’t affect many people.
