Great location. Within walking distance to subway and trams. 2 bathrooms and 2 showers! Drinking area so definitely not for you if you got kids. Perfect for adult trip

Room was huge and spacious for tall Americans, washing machine and kitchenette was convenient, location was right in the heart of nightlife-funtime, all for an insane deal. It was an "unmanned" facility and for whatever reason we had technical difficulties checking in. Luckily I speak Japanese and by calling, an attendant came swiftly and helped us.

Location was good, pretty crowded outside, but you cannot hear it from the room as we are on the second floor. Water heater is good, with bath facility. Washing machine is in good working condition and clean as well. Modern TV with youtube and netflix No daily cleaning of the rooms. Did not provide replacement trash bags most of the days. Second toilet has funky smell. No windows in the rooms. Could hear noise from the level above at night.

The location was centrally located. It was close to the train stations and restaurants. The presidential suite was embarrassing. There was no daylight in the rooms, no windows open. It is not a 2 bedroom suite, the second bedroom is just a box without windows. There was only 1 sink, hence it can not be described as 2 bathrooms.

Spacious for 6 of us. No receptionist at all. Self check in and check out. We have delayed baggage and no recept to handle or wait for our luggage to be delivered.

The beds were comfortable. The futon mattresses were thin but still ok when using 2 layers for each person. Size of room was large for 4 pax. Bathtub and shower area was great too The transparent door to shower and bathtub made it impossible for someone else to use the toilet at the same time.

The location is at Susukino where entertainment street located. No 24 hours check in counter and just checking through system. Our unit at first floor and sewerage stinky smell in the unit.

Nice big suite with lots of comfortable beds. Good location. Shower room was amazing. Air-conditioning worked well. No staff on the property at all. Had to check in via a tablet with reservation number.
