The location was nice. I was in two rooms- the first for 2 nights and the second for one. The first was a twin and it was fine. But the second room with just one bed needed a good clean. The carpet was dirty, clomps of dirt under the bed, dust on the base of the chair, door knob sticky, air smelled bad even with air purifier and spray. It needed a really good clean

We really enjoyed our stay. Twin rooms were a good size and clean. The breakfasts were amazing. Double room felt a bit to compact.

The room was nicely decorated, spacious, everything looked nice and new. The bathtub and shower space were separate from the restroom - which is quite unusual for a Japanese hotel, as we usually find there tiny bathroom units. They cleaned our room every day when we were away, there was free coffee in the lobby and the staff were really nice and polite.

This is a classic Japanese business hotel - no nonsense, well run, clean and extremely comfortable. The beds were fantastic and the bathroom well laid out with a separate shower room. extremely good breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly want. Location on the edges of the entertainment district so lots of places to eat and drink although the street itself was pretty quiet. Good value for money I thought.
