I like your breakfast. Everything was tasty, and I felt the pride of people who serve the breakfast. I thought I tried to go there at 6:30 to beat the crowd, but it was already packed! I also saw someone carrying take-out breakfast. Great idea! Also, coming back from Taiwan, I noticed the room is well soundproofed. Not much. I needed a hair brush (plastic one), but I did not see it at the reception area.

My son had left his phone inside chuo bus and this young lady helped us by calling the company and we managed to get my son phone that night before flying back to Malaysia.That young lady staff hellping us a lot and very kind gestures of her.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, fantastic location, clean rooms, nice bathroom, self check-in/check-out. Beds are very hard.

Location is right in the city center, very close to the shopping arcade and a block from where the airport limousine bus drops you off. Very walkable location. Most of the staff is great. Luggage storage and luggage delivery services are available. Free breakfast changes each day - some great, some ok. Room size was fine, but a bit tight like Tokyo hotels. Great wifi. The smoking rooms REEK of smoke, so be wary. The laundry instructions were wrong and initially ate my money. Ignore the directions about "lid lock" and just throw your clothes in, put in the detergent, and add your money. I had an unpleasant interaction with one of the staff who gaslit me when I tried to explain the situation to her.
