Reviews

There are lockers available that are designated for each guest, making the storage very convenient, and I feel very safe putting my stuff in them. The zoning is also very good. They separate the elevator entrance for females and males. The bathroom area is spacious and very well maintained.
-
Located in the downtown center, near the restaurants and local attractions. The bed was larger than usual and the bed is soft enough however, the air conditioning didn't circulate well into the bed area, making it uncomfortable.
-
Bed was comfortable, great location, clean facilities, friendly staff. Nothing
-
Clean, compact, great location Nothing
-
Convenience Need more airflow in dorm rooms
-
Very close to the station as well as close to the susukino Ice sculptures The beds were pretty rough as well as the pillow.
-
It was easy to check in and everything you needed was provided.
-
Staff was very helpful with your needs. The sleeping pods had very stiff mattresses and the pillows were also very stiff. Since the hostel is in Susukino and they put hearts all over their logo, I thought I could bring a loved one in my capsule. However, there are gendered elevators and gendered floors, so you cannot bring a loved one in your pod.

Location The common area is small and doesn’t have a communal fridge.
-
The premium bed is spacious and the rest area has a lot of seating and is quiet too. There’s a curling/ straightening iron and some hair products that you can use without renting. Easy to get to and travel from. The rooms are a little hot. Not the properties fault but one night someone decided to start unwrapping packages and talking on the phone around 3am which was pretty rude.
-
Everywhere was very clean; ample supplies in washroom area; every capsule has individual closet with lock. Pillow was too small; located in the Susukino (red light district of Sapporo) which might be awkward when walking around.

very convenient
-
Something felt a bit off. The area is a bit sketchy the kitchen area only had a microwave and a kettle- no cutlery/cups anything..
-
Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Super kind personal. You can buy everything for your needs (even T-shirts and tights).
-
It's a red light district for sure, not too far from the station though.
-
Super convenient location in the heart of the city, pod is very clean and super spacious for a capsule, good facilities.
-
Good location, bed and shower facilties are good The checking is bad. When I reached there slightly early, I have to call the front desk just to open the door. I dont have a Japanese number so calling for a few seconds just for this silly reason is expensive. I dont know why I must call, when we are already messaging through booking chat

Exceptional

The accommodation was very quiet even though it is in a very lively area. Everything was very clean and cleaning happens daily. I loved that it is surrounded by so many restaurant, shops and entertainment.
