Randor Residential Hotel Sapporo Suites

The bed was very comfortable, the futons not quite so much.

Walking distance to Susukino, the central nightlife area of Sapporo. The building and rooms are immaculate, everything feels like-new. The room had a washing machine which was very convenient, and we also used the kitchen a lot to prepare small meals. There are 2 rooms, one with western-style beds where the kitchen, dining area and main bathroom are located. There is a second room, with a tatami floor, where you lay out futons to sleep. Extra towels and linen were conveniently available on each floor, next to the elevator. Kitchen utensils were limited. As for the second room, for a family, it would have been better if it had been a single larger room instead, but for two families, the setup might be ideal.

The bathtub is big and has jacuzzi feature there was a little bit of dirt here and there, but those are tolerable

Spacious room and kitchen area. Location was somewhat convenient but we had to walk a bit to get to restaurants and train stations Pan in kitchen was not clean and smelled of fish. Toilet was not separate from shower room and sink area.

I like the spacious rooms and set up and the clean aesthetic worked very well for my family. I like the separate toilet and shower rooms and second sink next to the toilet room a lot. I like the bunk beds and charge outlets and very efficient and thoughtful use of space. Location is very good and you can use the kitchen on the second floor (microwave and sink and disposable utensils and cups). You can also get additional towels on second floor. Check in on kiosks is convenient if you don’t have any questions but is a bit impersonal. Cleaning of rooms is after 4 nights, otherwise you can pay additional for cleaning. Front loading laundry machines on 2nd floor are 3000krw each, have good capacity, and work well. You can buy detergent from the vending machine. Walls between rooms are thin. We listened to the girls next door drinking and laughing and bumping around late into the night. Shower room floor gets very wet because there isn’t a recess of the floor or a bump to keep the water inside, but there’s another sink and the toilet is separate which is great for sharing the room. WiFi was very slow sometimes. Air freshener inside is strong in the halls for those sensitive to scents.

It had an unpleasant smell right when you enter and also inside the room. Didn’t feel very clean, the bedroom part felt old and poor.

Great big room. More like an apartment than a hotel room. It had a small kitchen. I didn’t actually use it because I only stayed a night, but if I was staying a few nights, it would be awesome. The bathroom was large with top of the range bath, lighting, and shower. There was nothing I didn’t like. It.

The location was excellent, with easy access to local transport and easy walking distance to most things. Would thoroughly recommend to others. Even used the shared laundry during our stay. The kitchen wasn’t really functional due to no bench space, lack of simple drawers for clothes.

The location was great, close to most attractions and not too far of a walk from a train station. The room was exactly what was advertised. It was sufficiently comfortable and in a good location for my last minute visit to Sapporo. I spent most of the day out of the room so this met those needs without issue. There are no complaints for this hotel. Just keep in mind that this is a suite room with a small kitchenette.

The furniture in the room was very worn and stained.

Location to Susukino Station. Room Size. Comfortable Beds. 1 full bath & half bath.

The room for 7 pax is good, as we want to be in a single room. Location is quite far from the station, very difficult to bring your baggage in heavy snow.
