Aparthotel Vučko

The location is great. In the center of Jahorina. The room was cold. The heating wasn't working because, as they said,, it was out of season. Although there was snow outside and temperature was low. The staff didn't seem to bother with that giving us different explanations. The terrace window couldn't be closed shut so it was cold all night. Before you stay check if the heating is on, and check the windows in your apartment.

The staff were very courteous and professional. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The nightlife and entertainment were excellent. The location is convenient, with close proximity to ski trails and the gondola. The mountain scenery is beautiful. The area in front of the hotel is very slippery. Management should take greater responsibility for applying salt and ensuring that these areas are cleared more thoroughly, particularly the exterior stairs used for entry and exit. Additionally, the parking area is not well maintained.

The only negative experience we had was with the stairs leading to the street. We asked the front desk multiple times to shovel and clean them, as they were icy and dangerous, and several people were slipping and falling. Unfortunately, nothing was done, which was very disappointing and concerning from a safety standpoint.

Host was very helpful and the place was spotlessly clean

The view is beautiful. To get to the gondola, you'll have to cross the road and go down about 50 steps. Be careful. The worst receptionists and the worst hotel staff I've ever seen. Everything they said was either wrong or incomplete. They don't even speak English. We asked the host for a locker for skis, and the reception even gave us the wrong key. We wasted minutes. We paid for this humiliating experience. The TV doesn't even have internet access. Just so you know.

Everything was wonderful, the host very responsive and flexible, the apartment contains everything needed for a perfect ski vacation. Highly recommend.

The apartmant is amazing, very spatious, warm and comfortable. It is very well equiped with all amenities in the kitchen and rooms, and a nice terrace. Parking space in the garage is great and we had our own locker for ski equipment.

Dosli smo dole da se checkiramo, ostavili boardove i izasao neki lik i poceo da sutira boardove. Da l je konobar iz kafica Vucka ili tako nesto. Obezbedjenje videlo, niko se nije izvinio. Recepcija je isto relativno neljubazna.
