It was very nice and great staff

The stuff was very helpful and nice, stayed in the few hotel in Albania, and can definitely say in this hotel the service was the best. Great view from the room and the restaurant area, and the pool was cool, liked everything, the only thing, that it takes a while to go to the sea side.

The pool was great pleasure for us. Comfortable bed and pillows. There was clean.

I feel that after all it was a bit overpriced, that the price-service ratio was not adequate... the cleaners did not clean the bathroom regularly, they mostly just changed the towels, the pillowcases were dirty in a few places...

Everything perfect!!

Exactly as seen in pictures / staff very friendly and attentive.. they upgraded our rooms to sea views which were perfect. Parking is easy and hotel was easy to find and get to. Great central location. We would definitely come back and stay again Breakfast was basic . Did the job but could be improved.

Awesome view of the whole bay area, very nice staff and really nice suite. We really liked the stay apart from the weather, that wasn’t all that perfect, but that has nothing to do with the accommodation. Thank you. The area is a little further from the city (approximately 30 minutes walk to the center), but we you can see that from the map.

Overall a brilliant hotel. The room was perfect and the air conditioning was good, the pool was ideal and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options that everyone would like. Only a 15 or 20 minute walk into the main part of Sarande, which was along a busy street by the sea with lots of bars and restaurants.

The swimming pool area is truly amazing and the design of the room was really well thought through There were just a few things missing that could make the hotel truly excellent. There was a storm while we were there but no-one thought of bringing the covers in so they were soaking the next day. The staff could have made a point of saying good morning etc when you saw them but these were slight niggles and the hotel is really excellent value for money

The view was magnificent, the staff were really helpful and the room was clean However, the Wi-Fi was in powerful enough and the safe do not work

The rooms were nice and clean. There was a pool which we found not to be common.

The view, the pool, the room in itself. The cleaning wasn’t very well done, the room was very near the main entrance of the hotel with a passing road. Some things needed more details like a broken lamp in the room.

Loved the pool and beautiful room The music by the pool was way to load all day. I dont mind music, but the same songs on repeat and it was not relaxing music. It really was so high volume that I could not stat by the pool all day. By 5 pm I was so tired that I had to go to my room. I never complain about anything when I travel , I have been travelling a lot of places. But the music was just to much for me.

Very nice hotel with great facilities. The pool area in particular is a perfect place for enjoying your vacation. The breakfast was also quite good, although some more variation in the selection would be nice. It is difficult to do something about the location, but it proved a little anoying that you had to walk up a very steep road, when returning from Sarandë centrum. With time however, more shops, restaurants and more should open closer to the hotel, so I am guessing the location should be improving in the future.
